Modern Remains
Modern landmarks in Chengdu include the Wuhou Shrine, dedicated to Zhuge Liang, and the Jinli Ancient Street, a preserved section of the city reflecting ancient Sichuanese architecture. Du Fu Thatched Cottage, the former residence of the famous Tang dynasty poet Du Fu, is also a popular historical site.
